It is stated that “naturally gluten free”,also in respect of the European regolamentation UE 1169/2011, it is not the same of “gluten free”. Therefore ,our preparations can contain gluten (traces) in the ingredients.


Antidepressant: a study from Harvard School of Public Health argues that drinking a few cups of coffee a day reduces the risk of suicide by 50% in both in women and men. Furthermore, drinking coffee seems to have an antidepressant effect on women, reducing the risk of depression by up to 20%.

Burns fat: multiple studies on caffeine and its properties have shown it has a thermogenic effect, an ability to burn energy and therefore fat.

Good for the heart: taken in moderate doses coffee has properties that are beneficial for heart activity, improving the body’s resistance to prolonged strain. Most importantly, it can help reduce cardiovascular attacks.

Grean Tea

Green tea contains fluorine, manganese, potassium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, nickel, selenium, aluminum, vitamin A, certain B group, vitamin C, E and K.

Among the many beneficial properties of green tea  its antioxidant can help to reduce damage to cell tissues.

Other qualities of green tea include the prevention of hypertension, improved vascular circulation, prevention of rheumatoid arthritis, and anti-inflammatory and anti-stress effects.

The tea, mainly constituting of water, helps the rehydration of the body. It also helps to detoxify the body and, with the addition of ginger, helps to rebalance the stomach.


Yogurt has some great benefits that make it one of the most important foods for a healthy diet:

It has a very high index of satiety, especially whole yogurt;

It is a balanced food, and more digestible than milk;

It is an excellent source of calcium;

It contains a protective function towards the digestive system as it regulates gastric pH and protects and stimulates the intestinal flora.

Coconut Water

Coconut water is a liquid found in young coconuts, rich in carbohydrates and low in fat, and containing many vital elements; such as vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and has less than 20 kcal per 100 g. In tropical countries  coconuts are sold primarily as a beverage, for the coconut water found inside the flesh. The potassium level in a coconut counters high blood pressure and helps to raise HDL cholesterol, the so-called ‘good cholesterol’. Due to quantities of lauric acid, a substance with antibacterial and antifungal properties, a regular intake of coconut water can also strengthen the immune system. Furthermore, a great being source of hydration, coconut water can make ones skin soft and glowing.


Spinach is great for your bones: containing a substantial amount of vitamin K which, alongside calcium, is of benefit to the health of ossa.Alleviano gastric ulcer. Rice Milk

Rice milk contains a significant amount of simple sugars that make it a highly digestible food and suitable for sporty people or pregnant women who have a rather accentuated energy consumption.

The percentage of carbohydrates is the most substantial in rice milk, as well as that of fibers.

Rice milk is a drink of vegetable origin, similar in appearance and use to normal cow’s milk. It is, however, lactose-free and therefore suitable for people who have allergies to this substance, also it does not contain milk proteins, substances to which some people develop hypersensitivity.

It ‘easy to digest because it is rich in simple sugars, cholesterol-free and therefore suitable for those with problems such as dyslipidemia, high triglycerides, and cardiovascular problems.

Soy Milk

This drink contains vegetable protein, fiber, carbohydrates, fat, calcium and vitamins (A, B, E). Soy milk , unlike cow’s, contains less fat and calories. Moreover it contains fibers, substances that are not found in the milk protein traditionally The protein content is indeed very balanced, although lower than the foods of animal origin, and the presence of high amounts of essential amino acid lysine, guarantees the optimum absorption of vitamins. Due to these characteristics, soy milk is known for its ability to clean the veins and arteries thoroughly, with an immediate reduction in triglycerides and an increase in good HDL cholesterol.


Relaxing: the lysine found in quinoa stimulates the production of serotonin, a neurotransmitter responsible for ones mood. Present in the right doses it relaxes and soothes the mood.

The abundance of magnesium in quinoa is capable of preventing cardiovascular diseases, such as arrhythmias and hypertension. The good amounts of magnesium in quinoa also helps to relax the blood vessels and thus is beneficial in the case of a migraine.
